a) Có 09 loại tài năng khác nhau bao gồm:

1. Ngôn ngữ

2. Toán học

3. Không gian

4. Âm nhạc

5. Thể chất

6. Xã giao: gắn với cách con người tạo mối quan hệ với người khác. Họ thường được gọi "Những con người thông minh"

7. Nội tâm: còn được gọi là trí tuệ cảm xúc. Giúp điều khiển được cảm xúc của bản thân trước những tình huống cấp bách, khó khăn.

8. Hiểu biết về thiên nhiên vạn vật: Những người này thường thích các hoạt động ngoài trời.

9. Tầm nhìn: nhũng người này thường là lãnh đạo. Họ thấy được toàn cảnh tình huống và có hành động ứng phó kịp thời.

=> Cần xác định được điểm mạnh của bản thân và tìm ra cách học phù hợp.

b) Làm việc để học, không phải vì tiền:

- Làm mọi việc một cách có trách nhiệm, làm ra kết quả, tuyệt đối không làm nửa vời.

- Nếu bạn làm việc vì tiền thì đầu óc chỉ luôn nghỉ đến sự bảo đảm công việc và kiếm tiền.

c) Tập cách xây dựng báo cáo tài chính cho cá nhân bạn. Báo cáo TC gồm 02 phần:

- Bảng cân đối thu chi: gồm 02 cột tài sản (thứ tạo ra dòng lưu kim thuận) và tiêu sản (lấy tiền ra khỏi túi bạn).

- Bản kê lợi tức: gồm 02 cột thu nhập (thụ động, lợi tức, kiếm được) và chi phí.

d) Mục tiêu của trò chơi: Xây dựng cột tài sản tạo ra thu nhập > chi phí điều này giúp bạn thoát ra khỏi vòng luẩn quẩn càng sớm càng tốt để bước vào vòng nhanh.

e) Quản lý tài sản: chia thành 03 khoản: cho đi (từ thiện), tiết kiệm và đầu tư. Đảm bảo nguyên tắc luôn trả cho mình đầu tiên.

f) Phân biệt giữa nợ tốt và nợ xấu. Dựa vào đòn bẩy là tiền của ngân hàng có thể giúp rút ngắn thời gian thu hồi vốn đạt ROI 100% (ROI - Return over investment: tỷ suất lợi nhuận trên chi phí đầu tư).
